Whenever I encounter businesses practicing exceptional customer service, I promise detail how they exceeded my expectations.

I recently purchased a top from www.ohsochicboutique.com. This vendor offered free shipping. The item arrived on time but my biggest suprise occurred when I open the package. The top was carefully wrapped in tissue paper and secured by beautiful ribbons. There was also a potpurri sachet enclosed,a free sample from her clothing line, and a personalized thank you note!
